Job summary

Peraton in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Software Engineer to support the Cyber Mission unit. You will develop and maintain software that automates workflows to enable mission customers to focus on complex challenges.

The role employs Agile and DevOps practices with telework options based on tasking and customer approval. Ideal candidates have Full Stack experience with Java, JavaScript (Vue.js/React), JSON, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Grafana, and Kibana, and a solid foundation in OO and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Basic understanding of object‑oriented and structured development methodologies and languages.
• Developing documentation required to support a program's technical issues and training situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software that automates manual workflows.
• Work within an Agile and DevOps environment with flexible telework options depending on tasking.
• Collaborate on Full Stack development using Java, JavaScript, JSON, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana.
