Job summary

Ridge AI, Inc. is seeking a staff-level engineer in Seattle to design and build core product capabilities across frontend and backend. You will own projects end-to-end from design to production and iteration, and help refine AI-powered workflows and data agents.

You will establish engineering standards, emphasize testing, observability, and reliability, and collaborate with a small, high-ownership team in a hybrid Seattle environment.
