Visionist, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer in Maryland on a top-secret program that requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. The role focuses on building and maintaining full-stack web applications for mission operations, with a collaborative team of analysts and engineers.

You will work on data-driven workflows, CI/CD processes, and customer-facing solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical results while adhering to security and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 4 years of additional experience may substitute the degree.
• 8 years of experience in Software Engineering
• Extensive experience with full-stack software development and web applications
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience working with cross-domain customer solutions
• Experience developing software in Linux environments
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience with AI-assisted development

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications that support mission operations and analytic workflows
• Apply dataflow expertise to improve development processes and streamline mission workflows
• Expand existing workflow automation efforts to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Collaborate directly with analysts, operators, developers, and customers to identify requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Develop and refine solutions through iterative development and fast-paced CI/CD workflows
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve application functionality and project outcomes
