Ladders is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - Secret to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. Remote US-based role focused on building and maintaining full-stack apps, APIs, and deployable services in a collaborative environment.

You will work across front end and back end to deliver responsive, scalable software solutions that meet demanding operational requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable web applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience building production-grade web applications with React/TypeScript and Java/Node.js.

For our client, we are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - Secret to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will focus on building and maintaining full-stack applications that support mission-driven programs in a highly collaborative technical environment. You will work across the front end and back end to deliver responsive, scalable software solutions that meet demanding operational requirements. The position involves close partnership with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable web applications, APIs, and deployable services.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,500 – $181,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack software applications based on mission requirements
• Build responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript

• Experience in Linux environments and using Git for version control
