Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, develop, and install software solutions, and to test and deploy updates.
Working under general supervision, you will analyze systems and contribute to process improvements while supporting multiple applications in production. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering and 3–5 years of related experience.
Under general supervision, the Software Engineer II develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions, and testing. This position improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience; or equivalent combination.
Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support. Intermediate knowledge of client/server networks. Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors. General understanding of how technology supports the business.
