Job summary

Triumph is hiring an engineer to scale the software behind its physical card business. You’ll work full stack across Go backend, React frontend, and React Native apps on a team of five. Expect to own and improve internal tooling, dashboards, and computer vision systems that identify cards.

The role requires 1–5 years in full stack development, a willingness to work on-site, and a pragmatic approach to applying AI as a tool. You’ll contribute ideas and collaborate with Ops to ship rapidly.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of full stack web development experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership; projects are loosely defined.
• Fluency with AI as a tool and ability to explain every line that ships under your name.
• Willingness to work on site most days.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale tooling for logistics: vendor intake, validation, fulfillment, and third-party integrations.
• Automate manual operations alongside mechanical engineering to increase shipping throughput.
• Extend computer vision system to identify cards and expand to more games.
• Develop internal dashboards and tooling; contribute ideas beyond code.
• Work across the stack and support iOS apps; improve internal processes.
