Job summary

SpaceX in Texas is seeking a highly capable Full Stack Software Engineer for Launch Software. You will own end-to-end software responsible for mission critical applications used across SpaceX manufacturing and Starlink-related systems, collaborating with engineers to accelerate launches and operations.

You will work on architectures, prototypes, and production systems, with responsibilities spanning design reviews, code quality, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with full stack development.
• Proficient in one or more OO languages (Python, Java, C#, etc.).
• Experience building single-page web applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and software design.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX.
• Create new applications to improve operations.
• Build prototypes to validate design concepts and constraints.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Deep dive into users' problems to craft efficient solutions.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews with the team.
