Job summary

Westmag is seeking an intern for its software team to develop full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with PostgreSQL backing. You will help deploy services on AWS, improve CI/CD pipelines, and support factory-software integrations.

Eligible students are in CS/engineering programs with interest in robotics or startups, able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related program.
• Interest in robotics, drone tech, manufacturing or startups.
• Previous internship, personal projects or student org experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal web applications and services.
• Develop full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js with PostgreSQL.
• Containerize, deploy, and operate services on AWS; improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Support integrations between factory equipment and software systems.
• Write automated tests, perform code reviews, and document work.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production teams.
