Job summary

ZOVU is hiring developers to join a globally distributed team. You will build user-facing features with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and develop backend services in Node.js. You’ll connect frontends to APIs and work with databases, delivering production-ready code.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of practical development experience from internships, freelance projects, full-time roles, or substantial personal work.
• Solid frontend skills with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Node.js, API design, and database systems.
• Ability to integrate frontend interfaces with backend functionality.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Experience using Jira or comparable project management tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical decisions you have made and problems you have solved.
• Comfort articulating your own contributions, architectural choices, and how you overcame technical obstacles.
