Rippling is inviting a Summer 2027 Engineering Intern to join one of our software teams for a 13-week program in San Francisco. You will work on front-end and back-end tasks, delivering robust features and updates under a dedicated mentor.

You will tackle real-world problems, participate in team meetings, and gain exposure to client needs and business impact, with opportunities to continue with Rippling after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field with graduation after the internship.
• Previous internship/Co-op in software engineering, backend with Python and frontend with JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally and across departments.
• Solid frontend and backend development skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your software engineering experience to tackle important projects, solving problems, and developing quality code
• Think critically and apply your knowledge to real world, complex problems
• Actively participate in team meetings to scope, drive, and progress your projects
• Learn about the business, our clients’ needs, and the impact of your team and related projects
• Attend Meet & Greets with various executives and teams to gain a holistic view of what it takes to run a company like Rippling
• Foster relationships with your intern cohort and teams through both exclusive internship social events and company/office-wide events
