Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related business discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in PHP and SQL (MySQL).
• Strong front-end skills: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS.
• Familiarity with the Symfony framework.
• Experience with end-to-end testing and QA practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication to understand requirements.

Responsibilities

• Master programming languages, frameworks, and tools and execute complex technical tasks with minimal oversight.
• Contribute to the architectural design of software systems with scalable solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on coding standards and problem-solving.
• Lead the charge on improving code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Champion automated testing and CI to ensure reliable software.
• Lead teams in project planning, task prioritization, and technical discussions.
