You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement new features, and apply AI tooling to boost productivity. A bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience are preferred; hybrid work with in-office days in Cedar Rapids IA, Lake Saint Louis MO,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient with Angular and TypeScript.
• Java and object-oriented programming experience.
• Experience with Postgres/Oracle databases.
• Familiar with AWS, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Kafka, SSO.
• Developing responsive content and performance optimization.
• Understanding modern software engineering principles.
• Web trends, architecture, deployment patterns.
• Automated testing: unit/integration/contract/e2e.
• Git workflows including branching/merging.
• Test-Driven Development and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket/Bamboo.
• Agentic AI coding tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive web applications.
• Stand up RESTful web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, design, and implement new features.
• Research, analyze, and resolve moderately complex issues and bugs.
• Unit test and integration test code as needed.
