Job summary

Referment, a global investment firm's tech arm, is seeking a full-stack engineer to advance its generative AI services. You will design web apps and interfaces that make AI tools accessible to users across the firm and contribute to APIs powering those capabilities.You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into user-centric solutions, work across the full SDLC, and help raise engineering practices and product quality.

Qualifications

Referment is working with a global investment firm hiring a full-stack engineer for its generative AI services team. The team develops and supports the platforms and applications that bring generative AI capabilities to users across the firm, with a focus on user-facing tools and robust APIs. You'll collaborate with a range of technical and business groups to shape AI-driven solutions people actually use.

The Role

• Design and implement web applications and interfaces that make generative AI tools accessible and effective for users across the firm.
• Develop and maintain the APIs and backend services that power generative AI applications and integrate with internal systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, user-centric solutions.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from concept and architecture through deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and team initiatives that strengthen engineering practices and product quality.

What We're Looking For
