Job summary

Fluke Corporation is seeking a Software Design Engineer to advance full‑stack enterprise applications. You will develop cloud and on‑prem solutions in Python/Django, React, Java, and C#. You’ll support legacy systems while expanding features for a growing global user base.

You will work in a small team, own your work, and promote best practices in software design and testing while collaborating with IT and other groups.

Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science, information technologies or engineering-related field.
• 3+ years full‑stack web development with CI/CD and testing best practices.
• Strong Python and React frontend skills; proficient Java/Java‑EE a plus.
• Experience with cloud or container development using Docker and AWS.
• Experience with RDBMS, PostgreSQL preferred.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for legacy and data infrastructure, web and local apps.
• Develop new full‑stack, I18N, web‑based applications.
• Improve AWS‑based and on‑prem infrastructure and processes.
• Contribute to migration toward containers, microservices, and DevOps.
• Champion software best practices across the team.
• Engage with end users to identify improvements and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and other groups as required.
