Job summary

IRIS Software Group is transforming into an AI-first company delivering cloud-native solutions that impact millions of lives globally. You will join an Agile team building modern web apps and data platforms across Azure or AWS, using .NET and front-end frameworks to serve over 100,000 customers in 135 countries.

You will work on features end-to-end, influence architecture, and mentor peers while adopting responsible AI practices and state-of-the-art tools to accelerate delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in modern UI frameworks and TypeScript.
• Proficient in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate development and debugging.
• Experience with observability tools like DataDog, Application Insights, or CloudWatch.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or CDK).
• Containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features end-to-end from analysis to deployment.
• Own small to medium features across their lifecycle.
• Contribute to architectural decisions with senior approval.
• Maintain clean, scalable code following SOLID and clean architecture.
• Deploy containerised apps to Azure or AWS.
• Work with databases for storage efficiency.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and automated gates.
• Build and maintain microservices with robust APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead Agile ceremonies.
