National Information Solutions Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer - Full Stack to join our Work Management software team across multiple U.S. locations.

You will design responsive web apps, build RESTful services, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver feature‑rich solutions for utility and broadband members. The role emphasizes modern web architecture, cloud technologies, automated testing, and the use of AI coding tools to boost productivity.

Competenze

• 1+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient with Angular, TypeScript or GWT.
• Java or similar object‑oriented language.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle).
• Experience with cloud stack (AWS, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Kafka, SSO).
• Proficient in building responsive UI and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering principles (modularity, cohesion).
• Experience with automated testing (Unit, Integration, End-to-end).
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
• Familiar with Test-Driven Development and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agentic AI coding tools.
