Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is expanding Codex adoption by delivering end-to-end onboarding, workspace setup, integrations, and collaboration features. You will work across frontend and backend, building experiences that help developers quickly connect Codex to their tools and workflows.

You will partner with product, design, research, and customers to identify adoption blockers and translate real-world challenges into scalable product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals and production-grade UX experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, Go or similar tech stacks.
• Experience building onboarding, activation, growth, collaboration, or developer-product experiences.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into simple, intuitive product flows.

Responsibilities

• Build onboarding, setup, and discovery experiences to connect Codex to repos, tools, environments, and workflows.
• Create product surfaces to help users discover Codex capabilities (plugins, skills, integrations, templates).
• Develop cross-organization collaboration features with workspace setup, invitations, sharing, and usage visibility.
• Develop full-stack systems across web, IDEs, CLI, and integrations with solid UX and reliable backend.
