Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer in Westminster, CO (hybrid) to design, build, and maintain full-stack platforms that boost operational efficiency and support data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes AI/LLM-enabled capabilities and scalable software solutions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will work closely with operations, IT, and business leaders to translate challenges into practical software with measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack software applications and platforms — from frontend interfaces to backend services, APIs, and data layers — that improve business and operational performance.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data integrations using modern frameworks and enterprise technologies, incorporating large language models (LLMs) or AI capabilities where they add clear business value.
• Architect and maintain integrations with core enterprise systems (ERP, HR, payroll) to support downstream platform and reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to evolving internal engineering processes for AI-assisted development that govern how AI coding agents are utilized for production systems.
• Create user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools that enable adoption of new platforms and systems across technical and non-technical teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/LLM tooling, and contribute to Loenbro’s long-term platform architecture, engineering standards, and technology roadmap.

This role partners closely with operations, IT, and business leaders to translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and practical software solutions that deliver measurable business value.

We’re looking for an engineer who has built and shipped full-stack production systems end-to-end — spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Experience building LLM-based or AI-powered applications is a strong bonus.
