Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain both the frontend and backend of a new internal AI-powered platform, owning features from development through production deployment
• Build and maintain integrations between the platform and cloud services, AI APIs, and internal data sources
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code across the full stack (Python backend + React/TypeScript frontend)
• Contribute to architectural discussions with guidance from senior engineers, thinking beyond the feature to system design

Job Duties

Platform Development

• Design, build, and maintain both thefrontend and backendof a new internal AI-powered platform — taking ownership of features from development through production deployment

Collaboration & Requirements

• Partner withbusiness teamsto understand workflows and translate them into working software features — with some guidance on scoping and prioritization
• Participate actively indesign reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Communicate progress, blockers, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Security & Governance

• Implementsecure authentication and access control(OAuth 2.0 / OIDC) appropriate for sensitive business data

Engineering Practices

Education

Technical Skills

Languages & Frameworks

• 1–2 years of hands‑on Python experience— professional or project‑based; exposure to FastAPI or a comparable async framework is a plus
• React + TypeScript— has shipped or contributed to UI features in a real or production‑like environment
• Solid understanding ofREST API designand client‑server architecture

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Working experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP considered) — has deployed or managed cloud resources in a real project
• Hands‑on experience withDocker and containerized deployments
• Active experience working withinCI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)

AI / Generative AI

• Has worked withLLM APIs(OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar) in at least one project — professional, personal, or academic
• Growing familiarity withagentic patterns and tool‑callingis a strong differentiator

Security & Auth

• Working knowledge ofOAuth 2.0 / OIDCauthentication flows — has implemented or debugged auth in a real application
• Awareness of secure coding practices and data privacy principles
