Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL with stored procedures, indexing basics and query tuning.
• Experience building production software across backend and frontend layers.
• Strong experience with VB.NET or C#.NET and web app development.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Ability to mentor junior teammates and collaborate with QA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features across database, backend, and UI (SQL + .NET + HTML/CSS/JS).
• Own medium-to-high complexity work from refinement to release.
• Write and maintain SQL procedures and scripts with performance considerations.
• Contribute to backend logic in VB.NET or C#.NET; ramp quickly if needed.
• Build and improve front-end components using HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with QA to improve test coverage and quality of work.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help the team deliver predictably.
• Perform code reviews to improve patterns and standards.
• Clarify requirements with Product/BA on technical approaches and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor Software Developer I teammates through pairing and reviews.
