Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web apps using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop REST APIs and integrations with third-party platforms, including Microsoft Graph and the AppFolio Data API.
• Create dashboards, reporting tools, internal portals, and workflow automation solutions.
• Automate business processes such as lease renewals, employee onboarding, and internal reporting.
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker, Microsoft Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain clean, well-documented code.
• Partner with technical and non-technical teams to turn business needs into reliable software.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as Claude Code while reviewing and validating generated code.

You’ll join a small, in-house development team where your work will have a direct impact on daily operations. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience building production applications with React.
• Backend development experience with NestJS or a similar Node.js framework.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge, including database design and migrations using Prisma or a similar ORM.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and third‑party integrations.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing automated tests and working with Git/GitHub pull requests.
• Ability to take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively within a small development team.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort using AI coding assistants and validating their output.

Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

Experience with Microsoft Azure, Material UI, Vite, TanStack Query, Playwright, Microsoft Entra ID/SSO, Microsoft Graph, webhook‑based integrations, data visualization, or property management software is a plus.
