Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience building and supporting web applications.
• Strong experience developing, testing, and maintaining RESTful web APIs in the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with relational databases, including querying, designing, and optimizing PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with software development best practices including testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git version control and a DevSecOps platform such as GitLab.
• Experience working with Docker or other containerization technologies.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated experience building and supporting web applications.
• Strong professional experience developing, testing, and maintaining RESTful web APIs in the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience working with relational databases, including querying, designing, and optimizing databases.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including testing, debugging, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
• Experience with Git version control and a DevSecOps Platform such as GitLab.
• Experience working with Docker or other containerization technologies.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the C# language.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks and languages such as React, Typescript, and Javascript.
• Experience with API documentation and tooling such as OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Familiarity with developing reusable NPM packages or component libraries.
• Experience integrating frontend solutions with backend APIs, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
