Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Security Engineer, Full Stack, to shape the security of our growing platform in Los Angeles. The role spans application code, cloud, Kubernetes, identity management, and factory-floor OT systems, with a focus on enabling Factory-as-a-Service.

You will establish standards, build tools, and processes to scale security across a rapidly expanding, manufacturing-focused software platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in security engineering, software engineering, or infra/platform engineering with hands-on security ownership.
• Experience spanning application security, cloud/Kubernetes security, identity/authorization, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Own security end-to-end across the full stack, including application code, cloud infra, Kubernetes workloads, identity and OT systems.
• Scale security through automation with agentic tooling, guardrails, and CI/CD checks.
• Map unfamiliar systems, identify real risk, and design controls that fit how Hadrian builds.
• Turn compliance into engineering with practical foundations for ITAR/NIST/CMMC as audit-ready controls.
• Respond to incidents and drive systemic fixes and better defaults.
