Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Security Engineer to shape the security of our platform as we expand to serve external customers and partners. This full-stack role spans application code, cloud, Kubernetes, identity, and OT on the factory floor.

You will join as a founding member of a growing security team, establishing standards and guardrails for secure-by-default practices. We look for hands-on security ownership across the stack, ability to move fast in ambiguity, and a track record of balancing risk

Qualifications

• Hands-on security ownership across software, cloud and OT.
• Experience with Go or Python in security engineering.
• 4+ years in security or related fields.
• Familiar with agentic systems and automation using LLMs.
• Able to balance risk and innovation in decisions.
• Experience securing manufacturing/OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Own security end-to-end across stack including cloud and factory OT.
• Scale security through automation and guardrails.
• Analyze unfamiliar systems and map risks and controls.
• Turn compliance into engineering for ITAR/NIST basics.
• Respond to incidents and drive systemic fixes.
