HighLevel is seeking a Software Development Engineer II (Full Stack) to join our Agency Module, Platform Billing, and Onboarding teams. You’ll build features across backend and frontend, design scalable services, and own end-to-end delivery in a remote-first environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deliver features across the Agency Module, Agency Onboarding, and Platform Billing, contributing across both backend and frontend systems.
• Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations, working across internal microservices and third-party platforms such as Stripe, with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
• Build performant and scalable frontend experiences for agency management, onboarding, and billing workflows using modern frontend frameworks and component-driven architecture with strong state management practices.
• Own features end-to-end, from understanding requirements and technical planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Leverage AI-first coding practices and AI tools to write, refactor, test, and debug code efficiently, while maintaining strict guardrails for reliability and security.
• Design data models and build efficient queries across data stores such as MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
• Participate across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and testable code with appropriate unit and integration test coverage.
• Use logs, metrics, monitoring, and tracing to troubleshoot production issues and contribute to improving system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, incident resolution, and operational support, including on-call responsibilities where applicable.
• Follow engineering best practices around security, scalability, maintainability, testing, documentation, and production readiness.
