Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Python. The role emphasizes high-quality code, collaboration with design, QA, and product teams, and hands-on work with AWS to deploy and scale services.

You will tackle performance improvements, implement CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to architecture decisions, while owning your work from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in React.js and Python required.
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, Context, state management).
• Strong experience with Python and database design/optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS / DynamoDB, CloudWatch, CloudFormation).
• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Improve system quality by identifying issues and developing standard operating procedures.
• Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement and designing and implementing systems.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, product managers).
• Work with AWS services to deploy, scale, and manage applications.
