Job summary

Swiss Nexus is seeking Product Engineers to own significant parts of the platform end-to-end, from API through UI, shipping full-stack features and delivering high-quality experiences. You will design scalable backend systems, work closely with customers to transform feedback into shipped software, mentor others, and help elevate observability and reliability as the product scales.

Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate, join a lean, product-led team that values ownership.

Qualifications

3+ years building production-grade web applications.
Deep React and front-end architecture expertise.
Experience designing scalable backend systems.
Cloud infrastructure experience; GCP is particularly relevant.
A track record of meaningful architectural decisions.
Strong full-stack engineering experience in a high-quality product environment.

Responsibilities

Design and ship full-stack product features from API through UI.
Build elegant user experiences backed by robust, scalable backend systems.
Architect solutions across React, TypeScript and Node.js.
Build and optimize cloud-native systems on GCP.
Own mission-critical product surfaces end-to-end.
Work directly from customer feedback to define and ship solutions.
Improve observability, testing, reliability and fallbacks around complex AI-enabled functionality.
Make architectural decisions designed to hold up as the product scales.
Contribute to engineering quality through code review and mentorship.
