Job summary

Swiss Nexus is seeking Product Engineers to own significant parts of the platform end-to-end, from API through UI, shipping full-stack features and delivering high-quality experiences. You will design scalable backend systems, work closely with customers to transform feedback into shipped software, mentor others, and help elevate observability and reliability as the product scales.

Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate, join a lean, product-led team that values ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production-grade web applications.
• Deep React and front-end architecture expertise.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems.
• Cloud infrastructure experience; GCP is particularly relevant.
• A track record of meaningful architectural decisions.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience in a high-quality product environment.

The platform is already used by thousands of professionals and combines sophisticated AI capabilities with a deeply product-led user experience.

Despite its growth, the engineering organization remains intentionally lean. Engineers have significant ownership and work closely with the founding team, taking problems from customer feedback through architecture and into production.

They’re now hiring Product Engineers to own important parts of the platform end-to-end.

This is a role for engineers who enjoy operating across the stack, care deeply about product quality, and want considerably more ownership than simply implementing predefined tickets.

What You’ll Do
