Job summary

Extenteam is hiring a Product Engineer (Full stack) for its Shared Services Platform in Miami. You will work close to Operations and Engineering heads to triage tickets, identify root causes, and ship fixes that scale.

You will build AI surfaces, maintain evals, and ensure coherent UX while prioritizing product impact over quick tickets. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership, collaboration with product and design, and shaping features with a strong emphasis on reliability and AI-driven

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full stack software engineering shipping production enterprise software.
• Direct experience building internal tools, agent-facing platforms, or operational systems.
• Product mindset: comfortable scoping problems and prioritizing tradeoffs.
• Track record of shipping fast within a product and design process.
• Experience collaborating asynchronously with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from framing to rollout and follow-up fixes.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and design at the whiteboard stage.
• Build AI surfaces: prompt and agent architecture, tool calling, retrieval, guardrails.
• Develop and maintain evals with a regression suite.
• Review usage data and ship changes informed by learnings.
• Refine details like latency budgets, token costs, and UX polish.
• Advise on scope and kill features not worth building.
