Job summary

What You’ll Do

• Build and improve modern web applications across the front end and back end
• Take ownership of projects from idea through deployment
• Learn the business behind the product so you understand what you are actually trying to solve
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to turn ideas into strong technical solutions
• Dig into existing codebases and quickly understand how they work
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, security, and architecture
• Research competitors, tools, APIs, and new technologies to find better ways to build
• Develop integrations, automations, and new product functionality
• Move quickly, communicate clearly, and keep projects progressing
• Use AI and modern development tools to increase speed and output of the code you ship

Technical Experience

Experience in areas such as:

• Front-end and back-end development

• Pythonprogramming
• TypeScriptand modern application development
• Authentication, security, and production reliability
• Cloud infrastructure and deployments
• Modern frameworks, languages, and development tools

Experience with SaaS products, CRM integrations, workflow automation, AI-enabled products, or complex client-facing applications is a strong plus. We care less about whether you check every technical box and more about whether you have proven you can learn quickly, work through unfamiliar systems, and build high-quality software.
