The role covers the full software development lifecycle and requires collaboration across departments to drive efficiency. The position offers a hybrid work schedule after a 3–6 month waiting period, with potential travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3 years of web dev experience; OR Associate degree with 5 years; OR 7 years of experience; Master’s may substitute for 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support custom websites using .NET, .NET Core, and MSSQL.
• Engage in all phases of the SDLC including design, programming, testing, and maintenance.
• Analyze performance, diagnose issues, and resolve Tier 3 tech support problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to apply advanced analysis and design techniques.
• Research and implement new software development technologies and methodologies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
