BairesDev is seeking a Full-Stack .NET Technical Lead to guide a global, remote team on a React/ASP.NET Core platform. You will unblock engineers, review designs, and shape architecture decisions for a containerized microservices ecosystem in Azure.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of software engineering, strong .NET/React experience, and deep knowledge of CI/CD, security, and modern frontend/backend patterns. Remote, USD compensation, and global mentorship offered.

In this role, you'll be the day‑to‑day technical point of contact for a global tax client‑experience platform, unblocking engineers against established architecture and patterns while representing the squad's work in cross‑team forums. Built as a React micro frontend shell with containerized ASP.NET Core microservices on Azure, this platform combines modern frontend architecture with cloud‑native backend services. This is your opportunity to set the technical example, directly shaping how architecture decisions are made and recommendations get adopted across the platform.

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C#.
• Hands‑on experience with ASP.NET Core microservices.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure.
• Proven experience with system design and architecture review.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Familiarity with micro frontend architecture, including Module Federation.
• Experience with Azure API Management.
• Background with CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion.
• Experience with Entra ID, OAuth2, or JWT.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Azure Container Apps.
• Experience with Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with Service Bus.
