Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack .NET development.
• Experience using AI tools to assist development with critical validation.
• Strong SQL Server / T‑SQL skills including stored procedures.
• Back-end services experience with worker/services and batch processing.
• Front-end web development using ASP.NET Core (Razor/Blazor) or React/Angular.
• Production mindset with observability, fault tolerance, and safe deployment.
• Clear written communication for design notes and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build modern replacements—implement .NET worker services, APIs, and T-SQL procedures.
• Review and refine AI-generated code with engineering judgement.
• Apply target architecture patterns: logging, telemetry, configuration-driven behavior.
• Support validation and cutover with QA to reach a clean production handoff.
• Resolve complex conversion issues between legacy and modern systems.
• Develop front-end components for modern web UI replacing legacy workflows.
• Contribute to engineering standards and share lessons learned.
