Hardware Resources is seeking a Full Stack C#/.NET Software Developer to maintain and enhance business-critical applications and help modernize legacy systems. You will work on a Windows-based C# platform interfacing with SQL Server, collaborating with users to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and deliver practical software solutions.

The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, learning with users, and using AI-assisted tools like Claude and Copilot to improve code quality and productivity;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Professional software development experience preferred; strong project experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom business applications.
• Develop and support a Windows-based C# application that interfaces with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Work with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot production applications and business-critical systems.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server code, T-SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Participate in modernization of legacy FoxPro-based applications.
