Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a contractor experienced in .NET development to build and maintain web-based applications. The role requires strong expertise in C#.Net, Azure DevOps, data analysis for FEMA claims and People First datasets, HTML, MVC, and Visual Studio.

The ideal candidate will have solid SQL Server development skills, experience with REST services, IIS, SSRS, and Azure cloud services, plus a background in security and accessibility standards.

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Five years of experience developing applications in #C .Net;
• Three years of experience with Azure DevOps;
• Two years of experience with collection, calculation, and analysis of data related to FEMA claims.
• Two years of experience with analysis of People First data for service costing;
• Three years of experience with HTML;
• Three years of experience with MVC;
• Five years of experience with Visual Studio;
• Three years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views;
• Five years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirements;
• Three years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption;
• Two years of experience with web accessibility standards;
• Three years of experience with integrations using REST web services, including JSON and XML data transport;
• Three years of experience with IIS environment for clients and servers;
• Three years of experience with SSRS;
• Five years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices;
• Two years of experience with Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines, and configuration;
• Five years of experience developing web-based applications;
• Experience with FLAIR data and reports; and
