Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a contractor experienced in .NET development to build and maintain web-based applications. The role requires strong expertise in C#.Net, Azure DevOps, data analysis for FEMA claims and People First datasets, HTML, MVC, and Visual Studio.

The ideal candidate will have solid SQL Server development skills, experience with REST services, IIS, SSRS, and Azure cloud services, plus a background in security and accessibility standards.

Formación

• Five years of experience developing applications in C#.Net.
• Three years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• Two years of experience with FEMA claims data collection and analysis.
• Two years of experience with People First data for service costing.
• Three years of HTML experience.
• Three years of MVC experience.
• Five years with Visual Studio.
• Three years with SQL Server development (tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views).
• Five years of experience with OOA/D and best practices.
• Three years with security standards for application hardening and data encryption.
• Two years with web accessibility standards.
• Three years with REST web services (JSON/XML).
• Three years with IIS for clients/servers.
• Three years with SSRS.
• Five years developing web-based applications.
• Experience with Azure cloud services (build/release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines).
• Experience with FLAIR data and reports.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
