NAIRON GmbH is seeking a versatile Full-Stack Mobile Engineer to build web and mobile experiences that live in customers' hands. You’ll work across the stack using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and a native app via Expo/React Native or Swift, shaping features from UI to backend services.

Join a small, distributed team delivering real-time AI-powered voice tools and collaborating across web, backend and mobile domains with a strong emphasis on ownership and shipping valuable capabilities.

Formación

• Proficiency with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Experience building mobile apps with Expo/React Native, Swift or equivalent.
• Nice to have Tailwind CSS, Prisma, PostgreSQL or Supabase, Python and FastAPI.
• Docker and Kubernetes basics; familiarity with real-time features and AI products.
• English proficiency is essential; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, developing and maintaining our web application and the mobile companion app.
• Building features across the stack from UI to database with Prisma and PostgreSQL.
• Owning features end to end from requirements to shipping and validation.
• Applying DevOps practices with Docker and Kubernetes when appropriate.
• Participating in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural planning.

For this position we are only looking for candidates located in Greece, Germany or Austria. Nairon GmbH is a Swiss startup building AI voice agents that answer and make phone calls for businesses. Our platform runs real-time conversations over the phone and on the web, connected to our customers' telephony and business tools. Tasks

As a Full-Stack Mobile Engineer at Nairon GmbH, you will build our product on the web and on the phone in the customer’s hand.

• Designing, developing and maintaining our web application with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript: the flow editor, call analytics, billing and partner tools.
• Building our native companion app with Expo / React Native or Swift.
• Building features across the stack, from the user interface to the database with Prisma and PostgreSQL, and the Python services behind them.
• Owning features end to end: turning customer needs into requirements, shipping them and checking that they help.
• Applying DevOps practices to support development and deployment, including Docker and, when appropriate, Kubernetes.
• Participating in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural planning.

Requirements

Experience:Any relevant experience in web or mobile development is welcome; we are open to junior, mid-level and senior candidates who demonstrate strong practical skills and a willingness to learn.

Technical Skills: Required:Proficiency with Next.js, React and TypeScript.

Experience building mobile apps with Expo / React Native, Swift or a comparable stack.

• Nice to have: Tailwind CSS, Prisma, PostgreSQL or Supabase.
• Python and FastAPI for backend services.
• Docker and Kubernetes basics; experience with real-time features, audio or AI products.

Communication:English proficiency is essential, both written and spoken, as it is the working language for all positions. German is a plus.

Soft Skills:Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.Product sense: you ask why before you build.Willingness to take ownership of features and contribute to team discussions.
