Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a skilled Full-stack Engineer with Backend/Frontend focus to join our Middleware Team. You will build and maintain secure integrations between our banking partners and our platform, enabling reliable money transfers and protected communications.

In this role you will design backend services with Java and Spring Boot, implement REST and message-based integrations, and collaborate with internal IT and external banks to ensure smooth connectivity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot required.
• REST APIs and message-based integrations experience essential.
• Familiarity with TLS, certificates, VPNs, and network whitelisting helpful.
• Frontend skills with React, TypeScript, Redux, and Vite desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Camel.
• Build and support middleware interfaces for interbank money transfers.
• Integrate with external bank APIs and ensure secure, reliable connectivity.
• Collaborate with internal IT/security teams and external banks on IP whitelisting, VPNs, and certificates.
• Ensure high reliability, security, and performance of integration flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and connectivity issues.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for middleware platforms.
