The Morning Star Company and its affiliates operate three tomato processing facilities in Central California, processing about 40% of the California processing tomato crop, in addition to tomato growing, transplanting, farming, harvesting and trucking operations. The company employs approximately 500 year-round and over 3,000 seasonal colleagues, with annual sales of about $1 billion.

We're seeking a Full Stack Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise analytics solutions across the Microsoft Fabric platform. This role owns the entire analytics lifecycle, from data ingestion and transformation to semantic modeling, dashboard development, and business adoption.
The ideal candidate combines strong data engineering, business intelligence, and stakeholder engagement skills and can independently deliver scalable analytics solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making. This individual will need frequent, easy access to our Woodland location (within 45 minutes).
Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000 DOE
This is not a report-writer role. The successful candidate should be comfortable building end-to-end analytics solutions, including:
Source Systems Fabric Pipelines Lakehouse/Warehouse Semantic Models Power BI Dashboards and translating business requirements into scalable, self-service analytics solutions.
