Job summary

Hire Fellows is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to take technical ownership of an existing multi-sided platform. You will work across backend and frontend to make the app stable, functional, and launch-ready, with emphasis on authentication, data flows, and real-time processes.

Collaboration with the founder spans customer-facing apps and internal dashboards. You will troubleshoot, assess rebuild vs.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-stack development experience with backend focus.
Hands-on with Lovable or similar AI-assisted app development platforms.
Strong understanding of authentication, dashboards, and real-time data.
Experience working with Supabase or comparable backend, DBs, and auth.
Ability to own technical decisions and communicate them clearly.

Responsibilities

Take full technical ownership of the existing application and assess fixes, improvements, optimizations, or rebuilds.
Troubleshoot backend functionality focusing on authentication, profiles, databases, orders, and real-time syncing.
Work across customer app, driver app, retailer dashboard, and admin dashboard.
Build, maintain, and optimize backend using Supabase and related tech.
Manage code on GitHub and ensure a clean, maintainable setup.
Ensure data flows across platforms and end-to-end order/ops processes work reliably.
