Job Description: Job Title Full Stack Lead Engineer, Credit Flow Trading Technology Corporate Title Vice President Location New York Overview As a Lead Engineer supporting the US Credit Flow Trading business, you will lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives across Cash and Derivatives trading workflows. You will work closely with the Trading Desk and Electronic Trading business to deliver the next-generation Trader Desktop and the FIC Front-to-Back transformation agenda. You will provide technical leadership, guide project execution, and foster clear communication and collaboration across business and engineering teams while serving as a senior technical voice within Credit Technology. You will bring strong Java engineering expertise—although strong Python developers who are willing to work in Java will also be considered—while UI and React experience is beneficial but secondary.
Partner with Project Manager for the Credit Flow business, to align delivery priorities, manage plans and dependencies, communicate progress and risks, and drive successful execution of strategic initiatives. Collaborate with lead for the D2C Technology stack, to define technical direction, coordinate platform and integration dependencies, and ensure scalable end-to-end delivery. Work closely with lead for TradeGate—the pricing application used by Credit Trading—to align order-management, execution, pricing, and trade-processing capabilities with front-office workflows.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $222,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
