Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial development experience.
• Frontend: Angular and Typescript.
• Backend: Spring/Hibernate; messaging (JMS/Kafka/RabbitMQ) desirable; QueryDSL desirable.
• Cloud/containers: AWS, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes desirable.
• Python is a plus; strong SQL knowledge; Postgres/Oracle experience desirable.
• Development paradigms: GoF, SOLID.
• Test coverage metrics understanding.
• Committed for deadlines, self-organized, client-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Work in a SCRUM team, closely with client and business analysts; understand requirements and identify system changes.
• Develop and present recommendations from analysis of current solution; assist in code peer reviews; build and test functional enhancements.
• Identify areas for code refactoring; review and improve development processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible for full-stack development of Java and Typescript code to meet specs and best practices; develop web services.
