Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Full Stack Java/Python Developer.

Position type: Contract

Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3days onsite & 2 days WFH)

As a Full Stack Java/Python Developer you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Python.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and automation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in both Java and Python.
• Front end experience in Angular/React and Microservices.
• Knowledge of Treasury functions, capital markets, banking experience required.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $65 - $70 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
