Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent software development experience.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years with Java backend (Java 17+) and Spring Boot or Spring.
• 2+ years with AWS or Azure.
• 2+ years with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) or NoSQL databases.
• 2+ years with unit testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito) and Sonar.
• 2+ years with designing REST APIs and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications focusing on Java backend services.
• Write clean, well-designed, testable, efficient Java and modern JS code.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Evaluate trends to inform design and strategic innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to ship features.
• Design and integrate secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Maintain relational and NoSQL databases and schemas.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and security.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and non-production performance issues.
