Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a mid-level Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable systems using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful microservices within a secure, cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities include implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana. You’ll contribute to architecture, code reviews, and collaborative Agile development to deliver high-quality software in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technology discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience with backend/full-stack or cloud-native development in Java tech stack.
• Banking/financial services experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Restful microservices, APIs, Azure and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with Agile SDLC, Scrum or Kanban, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Familiar with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mocha) and test automation.
• Security best practices (encryption, identity management); IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Strong debugging and communication skills.
