Location: Remote (U.S. Based Only)

Type: Full-Time (Permanent) or Contract (W2 Only – No Corp-to-Corp or Sponsorship)

A HealthTech company specializing in solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers and patient engagement platforms is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer. This role supports a critical project to modernize internal systems by implementing Spring-based architecture and an automated build pipeline to enhance compliance and product functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a robust Spring architecture for internal platforms
• Build an automated CI/CD pipeline to support static code analysis
• Contribute to modernizing the tech stack across both backend and frontend systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improving system compliance and scalability

Required Skillset:

• Hibernate ORM and strong object-oriented programming (OOP)
• SQL database development and performance optimization
• JUnit for automated testing
• Frontend experience with React (Angular experience is a plus)

Project Focus:

The engineer will help deliver a foundational upgrade, introducing modern architecture and tooling to improve code quality, compliance, and development efficiency across two core HealthTech products targeted towards both patients and medical suppliers.

Candidate Requirements:

Compensation:

• Permanent: Up to $160,000 base salary
