Konrad is a next-generation digital consultancy seeking a Full Stack Java Developer in a hybrid role. You will build web applications using Java and Spring Boot, collaborating with a world-class team to deliver consumer and enterprise software.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, strong Java skills, and frontend experience with React or Angular, plus a solid understanding of modern web architectures and databases.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience delivering modern production-grade web applications in a team setting.
• Strong Java programming skills using Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of modern web applications (APIs, templating, routing, storage, patterns, caching, security).
• Knowledge of core web concepts (HTTP, DOM, SSL, servers).
• Relational or NoSQL databases proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Write maintainable, testable, and performant software with the team.
• Participate in code reviews and extensive testing to ensure high quality software.
• Research new technologies and share findings with the team.
• Communicate clearly with all team members.
