Full Stack Java Developer – £400 per day | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote | 6-Month Initial Contract | Extension Likely

We're working with an innovative and rapidly growing telematics technology business that is expanding its engineering team and looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join them on an exciting long-term project. This is a 6-month initial contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering the opportunity to work on modern, cloud-based technology within a business that is continuing to grow. The role is fully remote, with candidates based in the North West particularly encouraged to apply.

The Technology

You'll be working across a modern technology stack, including Java, Micronaut, Kafka, Angular and AWS, with a strong focus on scalable, event-driven applications and modern engineering practices.

The business is also embracing AI-assisted development, making experience with tools such as Claude Code particularly valuable.

What we're looking for

Strong commercial experience with Java
