Commerce Bank’s Summer Internship Program provides students a chance to gain real world experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Internships are offered in a wide range of functional business areas and are designed to provide the interns with meaningful and relevant work.

Commerce Bank interns participate in lunch- and-learns, community service activities, and sponsored outings. The internship runs May 18, 2027 through July 30, 2027, is paid, full-time, and in-office 3 days per week

Qualifications

• General understanding of programming principles in Java or C# and related technologies.
• Pursuing a CS-related degree with relevant coursework.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an agile development team to analyze, design, create, code, and maintain a full-stack software application
• Collaborate with and network across IT teams that support the bank
• Partner with peers and a mentor to complete projects and duties
• Perform other duties as assigned
