You will develop SCORM/xAPI packages using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, leverage AI for assets, and ensure quality across browsers and devices.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• In-depth knowledge of ADDIE, Gagn's Nine Events, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Experience using AI tools (Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway) for assets.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory; proficient in Adobe CC or Canva.
• Experience debugging SCORM/xAPI and cross-device responsiveness.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly autonomous Instructional Designer to join our team. This is a "Full-Stack" role designed for a professional who thrives on end-to-end ownership of the e-Learning lifecycle.

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of pedagogical expertise, creative multimedia production, and technical development. You will be responsible for transforming raw client requirements into polished, interactive, and LMS-ready SCORM/xAPI packages without relying on external graphic designers, video editors, or QA testers.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultation & Analysis: Interface directly with clients to extract learning objectives, understand audience demographics, and define technical requirements.
• Storyboarding & Scripting: Translate complex subject matter into engaging instructional scripts and detailed visual storyboards.
• AI-Driven Asset Creation: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-quality custom graphics, illustrations, and video content tailored to the course narrative.
• Multimedia Production: Record, edit, and master voiceovers and audio files; synchronize audio with on-screen animations for a seamless learner experience.
• Interactive Development: Build high-fidelity interactive modules using Articulate Storyline 360 (including variables and triggers) and Articulate Rise 360.
• Rigorous Quality Assurance: Conduct exhaustive functional and linguistic QA to ensure zero-defect delivery across different browsers and devices.
• Revision Management: Directly manage client feedback loops, providing architectural solutions to feedback rather than "quick-fix" patches.
• LMS Deployment: Export and validate final packages for seamless integration into various Learning Management Systems.
